  Detailed description: operation GFL CO2 Safety Cooling Device
GFL CO2 Safety Cooling Device 6947b Independent from the normal electrical supply. A gas bottle with rising pipe (not supplied) takes over the cooling fully automatically, should the temperature in the cabinet rise, eg by failure of the electrical supply. Complete with a 12 Volt accumulator, a built-in high pressure solenoid valve and a supplementary micro-processor-controlled temperature regulator. Temperatures are set via the installed operation panel. A green LED indicates operation of the safety cooling device, a yellow LED indicates an opened solenoid valve. The CO2 safety cooling device can be manually checked via the keyboard of the control panel. The working temperature is freely selectable up to approx. -70°C, according to the stored material. The CO2 consumption is approx. 1.2 kg per hour (Safety cooling device set to -60°C). CO2 gas bottles are not in the scope of delivery. Suitable for GFL Chest Freezers as of 70 l and Upright Freezers as of 300 l capacity.
