  The peristaltic pump 4F was built for filling processes with calibrated flow rates. It has a flow rate accuracy of +/- 5% at an unpressurized system. The pump can be operated with various pump heads with up to two channels. The motor speed can be set in the range of 0,1 up to 400 rpm. Depending on pump head and tube flow rates of 0,0001-1710 ml/min are obtainable. Additional to pump rates the runtime can be set. The operation values can be set by using the keypad, the RS485 interface or the analog interface. By using the prime button the tube can be filled quickly. The current number of revolutions is shown on the LED display. While the pump is turned of the last set parameters willl be saved. The chasis is made out of ABS plastic and can be cleaned easily.
